1. Order Processing Time
All standard orders are carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation. Personalised or custom-made items may require additional crafting time, which will be communicated on the product page.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, standard delivery across India typically takes:
- Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days
- Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days
- Remote Locations / Pin Codes: Up to 8–10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines can occasionally be affected by public holidays, unforeseen weather conditions, or courier partner network delays.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on eligible orders as part of ongoing promotional offers. For orders below the free shipping threshold, standard shipping charges will be calculated and displayed transparently at checkout.
4. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive tracking updates and a tracking link via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS. You can use this link to monitor your package's real-time journey.
5. Multiple Shipments
If your order includes a mix of regular jewelry, personalized items, or heavy goods, your items may be shipped from different fulfillment centers. In such cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times.
6. Delivery Attempt & Verification
Our trusted delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times. Please ensure your contact number and shipping address are accurate. For high-value jewelry orders, a secure OTP or signature verification may be required upon delivery.
